This Privacy Policy covers digital360.com.sg (the "Site"), operated by Digital 360 Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202017689H), with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore 068914 ("Digital360," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why, and what your rights are. It covers Digital360 at the company level, as a visitor to our corporate website, or someone who contacts us directly. It does not cover our products. If you use SecondFactor (available at secondfactor.ai) or another Digital360 product, that product’s own Privacy Policy governs how your data is handled there, since each product may collect and process data differently depending on what it does.

We keep data collection at the company-website level deliberately minimal:

• Contact/inquiry form data: if you reach out to us through a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we collect what you provide; typically your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
• Email correspondence: if you email us directly (e.g. at info@digital360.com.sg), we retain that correspondence and any information you choose to include in it.
• Automatically collected data: standard website analytics such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive data through the Site itself.

We use the personal data described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry or message.
• Understand who is visiting the Site and how, so we can improve it.
• Maintain records of business correspondence for our own reference.

We retain contact-form submissions and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and maintain our business records, and website analytics data for a limited period sufficient to analyze trends, after which it is deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site. Where required by law, we present a cookie notice allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
